has been buying and selling real estate for the better
part of 20 years and is the founder of IndyBuySell. He
specializes in coming up with creative ways to help
folks with their real estate problems and working
through the processes that make it easy on our buyers
and sellers.

Bill is our people person, a native of Buffalo, NY,
Bill moved to Indianapolis in 1995 and has been
involved in the sales industry for the better part of
his professional career. He made the transition to
real estate having joined IndyBuySell in 2005.
"I enjoy making sales but always hated
pressuring my clients into buying." he says,
"Working with sellers now removes that burden and
gives me so much more satisfaction."

Tim is also a native of Buffalo, N.Y. and joined IndyBuySell.com in
2003. Tim brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to the table and has been in the position that many of our clients are currently in.

Julee is
our commercial real estate guru. A transplanted Pennsylvanian,
Julee moved to Indiana in 2000 to broaden her horizons.
Those horizons have definitely expanded since joining
IndyBuySell in 2006 becoming the master of the documents
needed to buy and sell real estate. "It's my
passion" she says. A valued member of the team to be
sure.
